About the Author
Guy Cohen began his career in 1992 with Weatherall Green & Smith Chartered Surveyors, London. Within 2 years of joining he had helped to form a new West End Investment department, which brokered over £50 million of transactions within its first nine months. Guy is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and completed an MBA (Finance) at City University Business School in 1997, where he specialised in options.

ACCREDITATION

Guy Cohen, BSc, MRICS, MBA

Guy Cohen is the creator and originator of Optioneasy and has extensive experience of both the US and UK derivatives and stock markets.

Starting his career in commercial real estate, Guy was elected as a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1994. As an investment and development surveyor, he was involved in advising banks, building societies, and pension funds and insurance companies on strategic real estate development and investment matters. He has also been responsible for a number of commercial developments and built the development financial appraisal modelling infrastructure for an international Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT).

To complement this work, Guy also pursued rigorous financial interests, specialising in options under the guidance of Professor Gordon Gemmill, author of Options Pricing - An International Perspective.
