Featured here are soups, salads, appetizers, breakfast and brunch dishes, main courses, and snacks; suggestions for brown-bag lunches, outdoor cooking, make-ahead dishes, and healthy foods for carb-conscious children; and numerous tips for storing produce, selecting meats, using herbs and spices, freezing foods, and making favorite dishes carb-friendly. Each recipe includes nutritional details: net and total carbohydrates, fiber, protein, fat, calories, number of servings, and for which of the four Atkins diet phases the dish is appropriate.
