About the Author
TOM MELOHN spent twenty-five years working for a nationally known consumer packaged goods company. He then purchased North American Tool & Dye and proceeded to revolutionize the business. The company was profiled in the PBS-TV series In Search of Excellence, the Harvard Business Review, and Inc. magazine.
