SYNOPSIS

Artist John Cody presents the second edition of this photographic reference text for illustrators, fine artists, and animators. The text contains over 530 b&w photographs, all newly shot using new models for this second edition. The photographs are grouped into one section of over 150 pages of a female model, and a second section of more than 150 pages of a male model, which present a variety of foreshortened views of the human figure. In the new edition, each of the two sections begins with non-foreshortened views as a standard of comparison, and each section now includes isolated views of foreshortened arms and hands.
