From AudioFile
Kabat-Zinn encourages us to wake up and live each moment fully. He examines the barriers to being fully present in the moment and explains how to use our breath to cultivate mindfulness. He also guides the listener through a number of mindfulness meditations. The program is more than an author reading a book--it's a pep talk delivered by a skilled coach. His voice is sometimes soft and comforting, sometimes animated and lively, but always the voice rings with passion and heart. Transitions from one section to the next are marked by New Age music.
