Eric Hansen has 20 years of experience on two metropolitan daily newspapers, a national Notre Dame sports publication, and a regional daily newspaper. For the past five years he has been managing editor of the Irish Sports Report, a sports publication of the South Bend Tribune. He has also served as the Big Ten beat writer for the paper, and he has covered Notre Dame men's basketball.
