About the Author
Mary Hohenstein is a member of the Work of Christ Community in East Lansing, Michigan. This ecumenical community of people from all ages and stages in life shares the common commitment to live for Jesus and be formed together as a people of God. In addition to time of worship and praise, the community gathers for recreation, parties, picnics, and entertainment. It is from these times that the idea for this book began.
