Breaking Free is the most compelling and personal book Beth has written. As Beth began to work through the material that would become the original Breaking Free seminar, she realized that it was not only the spiritually lost who were captive, but also Christians "held by anything that hinders the abundant and effective Spirit-filled life God planned for him or her."
