About the Author
Shawn B. Rogers, Master Certified Novell Engineer (MCNE), is the author or co-author of seven previous books on Novell GroupWise. He is employed by Hewlett-Packard Company in Houston, Texas as worldwide project manager for the HP Certified Professional program. Formerly, he was a senior instructional designer for Novell Education. He has nine years' teaching and technical instructional design experience with GroupWise and other computing technologies. Richard H. McTague is employed by Novell as a Solution Partner in Dallas, Texas for Novell Consulting. He is the co-author of six books by Novell Press for GroupWise, and he has eight years' experience in designing messaging system and certification training around GroupWise and other technologies.
