Sarah Perron, co-founder of Baby Om, has been practicing yoga since she was eight years old. She is a professional dancer and has been a private fitness teacher and yoga instructor. She lives in New York with her husband and daughter.

, is a professional choreographer,
dancer, and yoga instructor. She has over a decade of experience as a
personal fitness trainer and yoga teacher, and specializes in pre- and
postnatal yoga. She lives in Brooklyn, NY with her husband and two sons.
Sarah Perron, co-founder of Baby Om, is a
long-time yoga practitioner. In addition to her professional dance career, she
is the rehearsal director for a dance company and has been a private fitness
instructor and yoga teacher for over ten years, focusing on women's health. She
lives in New York City with her husband and daughter. .
