About the Author
Elmer L. Towns is dean of the School of Religion at Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia, where he teaches the 2,000-member Pastor's Sunday School class at Thomas Road Baptist Church. He is a Gold Medallion Award-winning author whose books include Fasting for Spiritual Breakthrough and Praying the 23rd Psalm. Elmer Towns and his wife, Ruth, have three grown children.
