About the Author
Patrick T. Murphy, who brought Notre Dames baseball program from the bottom to the top during the seven seasons he served as head coach, is now piloting one of the countrys premier college baseball programs at Arizona State. He is a member of the American Baseball Coaches Association and the NCAA Collegiate Baseball organization. Jeff Forney is the strength and conditioning coach for the Arizona Diamondbacks. The author of several manuals, videos, and articles on strength and conditioning for baseball, he is a recognized leader in the study of explosive movements and their specific applications for baseball. He is a member of National Strength and Conditioning Association and American College of Sports Medicine.
