New Schwing is a respected firearms expert and author several books, including the Standard Catalog of? Military Firearms, 1870 to the Present. He is also firearms contributor to the Standard Catalog of? Winchester. His articles have appeared in the American Rifleman, Guns Illustrated, Shooting Sportsman, Waffen Digest, Double Gun Journal, and other popular firearms publications. He resides in Fredericksburg, Texas.
