About the Author
Jose Tharakan, a Franciscan priest, was born and raised in Kerala, India. His many compositions include a four-cassette album of the Gospel of St. John, au inspiring instrumental composition entitled Anand, The joy of Celebration (available in the U.S.), and a Ballet on Water which was performed on national television in India. He currently ministers as a pastor, spiritual counselor, and teacher in Fort Smith, Arkansas.

Author Biography: Macrina Weiderkehr, OSB, is a Benedictine Sister at St. Scholastica Monastery in Fort Smith, Arkansas. She travels widely to offer retreats and conferences and is the author of the companion book to this resource, Behold Your Life: A Pilgrimage Through Your Memories as well as Gold in Your Memories (Ave Maria Press). She has also written A Tree Full of Angels, Seasons of Your Heart, and The Song of The Seed (all from HarperSanFrancisco).
