SYNOPSIS

This classic of barn folklore, architecture, and history, illustrated with b&w drawings of all types of American and Canadian barns, building materials, and building techniques, was first published as An Age of Barns by Funk & Wagnall's, 1967. Sloane (1905-1985) was an American painter, illustrator, and author of some 40 books.
