About the Author
Co-author Jamie Gates Galeana, MS, RD, LD, practices as an independent nutrition consultant in Florida. Specializing in cardiovascular, wellness, and sports nutrition, Jamie has been a freelance nutrition writer for over ten years. She resides in Fort Myers, Florida with her husband and family. She has since then developed many delicious and nutritious low-fat, low-cholesterol vegetarian recipes for herself and for her husband.
