John Gilmore Osawatomise KS "You've changed my world and you're going to change other's worlds and the way they look at the instrument."
Rich DiBiase Bristol CT "You're going to change the way the guitar is taught forever."
Tony Beltram Columbus Hts. MN I cant express the excitement I feel as I am getting to understand the guitar fretboard in a very real sense. My musical goals are now within reach and I have a way of getting there. At some point, while working through the second book, I will start putting together chord solos and working on finding a voice and style of my own... I decided to learn everything you offer in your books. Everything in your books has a useful purpose and I thank you for it. The comments from other customers in your books are NOT an exaggeration, they are right on target.
Michael Fitzgerald Waukeegan IL I just received your books, and I want you to know they are intensely appreciated. Ive been playing almost 30 years, and Ive got all kinds of books and videos, but these books mean more to me than all that other [expletive deleted]. Ive had teachers but I learn best on my own. Have you studied systems analysis? Im a scientist and these books are presented in a way that I would have if I knew the material. I wish Id had these 15 years ago when my fingers werent so stiff. Why arent these books in every music store in America?
Rev. Garth Heckman Madison WI The claims were outrageous, the quotes unbelievable and I thought it just can't be that simple. Now I am feeling sorry for anyone who hasn't gotten your books. They honestly advanced me years beyond where I'm at. Thank you. P.S. Why doesn't everyone know about this?
David Tyra Terre Haute IN I thought Volume I was excellent. It fills in gaps in my fretboard knowledge. I wish I'd had this 25 years ago.
Scott Spaulding Virginia Beach VA I would like to say that I've spent more money on guitar lesson books than I have on all my guitar equipment put together. If FRETBOARD LOGIC and FRETBOARD LOGIC II were available when I first started playing guitar I would have saved a lot of money. FRETBOARD LOGIC and FRETBOARD LOGIC II are the best instruction books I own, they are very easy to understand and very well put together. I would recommend these books to everybody from beginner to advanced players.
C.J. Hamwyk Delft Netherlands Fretboard Logic is The Best!!
John Holly Denver CO Brilliant.
Bob Savage, Friendsville MD I see the greatness of these books and I understand what you are doing. And I thank you. Its a good thing you're doing.
Book Description The Special Edition is the first two volumes of the Fretboard Logic guitar series combined with a special discount. Part One deals with the pattern organization of the fretboard which results from the guitar's unique tuning system. Part Two teaches the tone groups of music - Chords, Scales and Arpeggios - by building them in the context of this pattern organization, and thereby eliminating the usual guesswork and rote memorization associated with these areas of a guitarist's education. This alone can take years off the learning curve. Combined, the two parts form a solid foundation by which a guitarist can intelligently pursue the music styles of their own choosing, and play them on the guitar types which they prefer.
From the Publisher Year after year this is the Amazon bestselling guitar title. It is also one of the most user-endorsed products in the entire music industry.
From the Author If you've been used to methods which talk a little bit about this and that, but never really nail anything down in a meaningful way, you are in for a pleasant surprise. Even if you've played for decades and read dozens of books about the guitar and music, Fretboard Logic is going to change your mind about how things work on a fundamental level. By building on solid foundations, you get away from the monkey-see, monkey-do mentality that other methods necessarily perpetuate, and start to think and do things differently, and that is really what learning is all about.

For now it is important to identify them by describing what your eyes are seeing and your fingers are playing. The form is what you play, the chord is what you hear.
