About the Author Steve M. Gnatz, MD, MHA is currently Executive Vice President for Medical Services and Medical Director of Marianjoy Rehablink, Wheaton, IL. Dr. Gnatz received his medical degree from the University of Illinois and completed his residency training at Baylor College of Medicine. He received his Masters in Health Administration from the University of Missouri- Columbia. Previously he was a Professor of Clinical Physical Medicine and Chairman Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, University of Missouri - Columbia as well as Medical Director of the Howard A. Rusk Rehabilitation Center in Columbia, MO. He has also served as the director of the EMG lab at the Milwaukee County Medical Center. Clinically, he specializes in musculoskeletal medicine and electrodiagnosis. Dr. Gnatz is a Fellow of the American Academy of PM&R and the American Association of Electrodiagnostic Medicine and is Board Certified by the American Board of PM&R and the American Board of Electrodiagnostic Medicine.
