BOOK DESCRIPTION Triumph Over Hepatitis C, An Alternative Medicine Solution 2002 Revised and Expanded Edition contains my story of how I contracted hepatitis c from blood transfusions in 1979 and the graphic turbo charged events that followed. I document my encounters with the medical community and their failure to deal with this virus. In this new expanded edition I document the horrific injustices I encountered and expose the fact that this same set of circumstances still plague the medical community today eight years later. After speaking with over 50.000 people who have hepatitis c, speaking at several universities and conventions and speaking on numerous radio shows, I still encounter the same lack of knowledge about hepatitis c both in American society and the medical community. I have answered the most frequently asked questions encountered over the past 3 ½ years of constant contact with the infected. There are several new chapters that detail the long-term effects of interferon. In Part 2, I detail the exact program that I used to treat the virus after interferon failed. My blood tests and liver biopsy are included as well as my herb schedule which tells how and when to best take the suggested herbs, supplements and glandulars. BIOGRAPHY I contracted hepatitis c in 1979 from 4 blood transfusions. After 15 years of misdiagnoses I was finally diagnosed by mistake. My doctor told me that interferon was an 80% cure and it was my only hope. After interferon failed I decided I was not finished yet. I was given 3 to 5 years to live. That was 8 years ago. After curing myself from this tragic virus, I wrote my first book, Triumph Over Hepatitis C, and discovered that thousands of people had similar experiences as I did. Thousands called and emailed to find out just what to do. I then began to supply people with the same items I used to get well at wholesale prices. This was never my intent; it just developed and has saved the lives of many. People who have been bed ridden for years get up and go back to work. People from all over the world come to me just to say thank you for having their lives back. It is just overwhelming. I then published Hepatitis C Free, Alternative Medicine VS. The Drug Industry, The People Speak. This is a book of testimonials, a cross section of over 50,000 emails and letters from people who did some of what was in my first book. Many have been blessed from my experience and I continue to help every person I can.

1 THE GATES OF HELL During the late summer of 1979, September 9th to be exact, I fell through the gates of Hell while operating my newly purchased John Deere tractor. The "yellow monster" suffered catastrophic mechanical failure; the hydraulic reverse system had failed, summoning Lucifer himself. Backwards it thundered, flipped over, and launched me behind it as it went thrashing through the bushes and careened down a thousand-foot cliff. I was crushed when the sixteen thousand pound defective John Deere tractor rolled over me on a very steep, remote site in the Santa Monica Mountains. There were no people or houses within miles. Blood gushed from my pants as if I were wading in it. My vision went black and white, or probably more like gray. I felt very peaceful, and lay down to die. To my surprise, a lone horseback rider at a great distance had seen this happen. He had a small CB radio and made a call. Within several minutes a Medi-Vac helicopter landed. With much effort they carted me up the hill on a stretcher. All I remembered about what happened was that my guard dog, Jerome, leaped in the helicopter on top of my body and then began attacking my rescuers. I woke up in Los Robles Hospital. I’m told it was the only hospital in the Western Hemisphere at that time with two hyperbolic chambers. This was experimental medicine to prevent crushed tissue from dying. The surgeon on duty said my leg was broken in at least six different places, and my massive crush injury probably would result in kidney failure and death. Over the next thirty days, I underwent nine major surgeries to reattach my leg. I received four blood transfusions and, unknown at the time, I also received a lethal dose of hepatitis C.
