Book Description
The Way of the Cat was written by a cat, for cats to help humans find their own internal cat and have a shot at peace and perhaps even perfection. In an age when humans are overwhelmed with information and the stress that information can bring, it is very important for everyone take care of themselves. The Way of the Cat may well be the vehicle humans need to get "back on the path."

From the Publisher
The Way of the Cat is filled with quotes from such humans as Shakespeare, Dickens, Collette, and Gandhi and with pictures of Xena (and some of her legendary heroes). Chapters like: "Walking Your Talk;" "When Do We Eat?;" "Let a Sleeping Cat Lie;" "Our Furry Bodies, Our Selves;" "Mumbles and Meows;" "A Tail of Two Kitties" and more. This is a cat's view of life that gives humans a chance to look through.

From the Author
As cats, we never really need to be anywhere, so wherever we are we are there because we choose to be, just as we are who we are because we choose to be. These are some of the things we can and should teach our humans. Xena

About the Author
Xena and her mom live in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Besides being an author, Xena is an artist and a philosopher. She says she spends much of her day contemplating all things cat and occasionally meets with her friend, Julio, down by the school yard.
