In My Garden: A Journal for Gardeners FROM THE PUBLISHER
This journal is designed to help gardeners everywhere make the most of what their gardens have to offer. It is a place to record the details of successes and failures, make notes about plants and planting, write down when plants bloomed and what they need to thrive. It is a book for planning and dreaming, wishing and remembering.
The journal is divided into four sections by season. Each section has a brief introduction to gardening in the season, with suggestions for gardening activities and things to think about and consider, and sidebars that offer seasonal tips, from how to successfully start seeds indoors to how to dry flowers and store root vegetables at harvest. There are also several pages for notes in each section. At the back of the journal is a resources section with a list of plant and seed sources, a grid page for garden layout, and other useful reference information, including books, organizations, and online sources. There is also an envelope for saving clippings, seed packets, photographs - whatever treasures of your garden you want to keep handy.
