Melba M. Rous RN BA is a graduate from the Philippines and has a BA in Sociology from Loyola University in Montreal. She has extensive experience in Pediatric Nursing; Nursing Administration and Management and Community Care. She subscribes to family approach nursing and is the owner of Caring Hands that specializes in client health education and advocacy. She is a partner in Health Ideas. Eileen B. Ward RN BA was born and educated in England. She is a gradute of St. Boniface General Hospital School of Nursing in Winnipeg. She has extensive experience in Nursing Education, Intensive Care, Cardiac Rehabilitation, Health Care Facility Planning and Geriatrics.
