Arlene Eisenberg lives in New York with her husband, where she runs a weekly parenting class for new mothers. She is the mother of three grown children. Heidi Eisenberg Murkhoff, whose pregnancy inspired the original What to Expect When You're Expecting, lives in Santa Fe, New Mexico with her husband and two children; she also lectures nationwide.
