About the Author
David Jon Lee received his law degree from Southwestern University of Law in Los Angeles, California. Licensed to practice in California, his first legal position was as a deputy general for that state. Prior to entering the legal profession, he was a reporter and editor for several daily newspapers in the Los Angeles area. He has been in practice in Orange County, California, since 1977. Edward A. Haman is coauthor of this book and many other Sphinx titles, including How to Write Your Own Living Will and How to File Your Own Divorce.
