Susie Fishbein is the author of the wildly successful cookbook, Kosher by Design. She travels the country sharing recipes and techniques through book signings and cooking demonstrations. She has appeared on national television shows, such as "The Today Show," "Living It Up with Ali & Jack," and Sheila Bridges Designer Living," in addition to many network news programs. Susie is currently working on a cookbook for children, "Kosher by Design, Kids in the Kitchen," due out in November 2005. She holds an MS degree from Brooklyn College in New York, and resides with her husband and four children in Livingston, NJ.
