About the Author
Todd Stone is a technical marketing engineer in the Enterprise Communication Software Business Unit at Cisco Systems. Todd's career spans more than 17 years and includes experience in telecommunications and voice systems, as well as messaging system design, administration, and management.
Dustin Grant, CCIE No. 5803, is a senior escalation engineer in the Cisco Technical Assistance Center. He has been with Cisco for more than five years and holds three CCIEs, covering Routing and Switching, ISP-Dial, and Voice. Dustin also coauthored the CCIE Voice written and lab exams.
Jeff Lindborg is a technical leader in the Enterprise Communication Software Business Unit at Cisco Systems, where he focuses on customer applications. Before joining Cisco, Jeff was an engineer for Active Voice for more than 10 years. Jeff holds a bachelor of science degree in computer science from the University of Washington.
Steve Olivier is a software engineer and team leader in the Critical Problem Resolution team in the Enterprise Communication Software Business Unit at Cisco Systems. Steve joined Active Voice in 1998 as a technical support engineer and ultimately became a PBX integration engineer in the development group.
