In this 4th volume of the ongoing PIP series of international anthologies, Messerli continues to explore the work of major 20th century figures of poetry. Once again, author biographies are accompanied by complete listings of each poet's works in his or her original language, a listing of all known translations, and an ample selection of poetry in translation. Aditionally, Messerli has included in this volume a "News and Corrections" section, as well as the ongoing list of poets included in all volumes to date.
