About the Author You may remember him as the resident physicist on the Discovery Channels THE KNOW ZONE. Respected among scientists and spiritual leaders alike for his pioneering work combining scientific and spiritual thought, Dr.Fred Alan Wolf is, as Deepak Chopra says, "one of the most important pioneers in the field of consciousness." He was recently invited to meet with the Dalai Lama as part of a small group of leading-edge minds from around the world. Dr. Wolf earned his Ph.D. in theoretical physics from UCLA.
