Joe Cahn is eating his way across America.

The self-appointed "Commissioner of Tailgating" will log 32,000 miles this year driving his motor home from town to town to break out the grill and schmooze the sports fans. He calls it his Tailgating America Tour, and he's been at it since 1996, when he sold his business - the New Orleans School of Cooking - sold his house, bought a motor home and hit the road with his companion, Sophie the cat.
