When Grayslake has a home football game, the team arrives at the stadium at least four hours early. For road games, it's about three hours before kickoff.

They set up their equipment, make their final preparations and then they're ready to get down to business - the business of tailgating, that is.

Some schools in the area forbid tailgating because of safety concerns, and many others don't seem to have any students with an interest in it.
