In between college classes and exams, UO junior Maco Stewart has launched a credible challenge against David Kelly, the man commonly viewed as Eugene's hardest-working city councilor.

Stewart - a quick study with a 3.9 grade point average - has gathered up the criticisms that Eugene business representatives have lobbed at Kelly in the past year, and he's made them his own.
