Stewart and Lynda Resnick, owners of Roll International Corp., have filed a $25 million malicious prosecution claim against the estate of Princess Diana and a memorial fund established in her name.
The Resnicks, who with an estimated net worth of $900 million are among the wealthiest people in L.A., filed the suit on behalf of Roll's Franklin Mint subsidiary. The suit, filed on Nov. 15 in Los Angeles Superior Court, is the latest salvo in the battle between the sellers of Diana collectibles.
